Individual counselling — support for managing stress, anxiety and depression.
Children’s counselling and play therapy
For 3 to 12-year old’s — we recommend Child Centred Play Therapy, which is an evidence-based therapy that does not require the child to process their emotions and difficulties through traditional talk therapy.
13 years+ — we recommend one on one counselling sessions where we incorporate experiential therapy using sand play and art therapy.
